• Individual Triathlon: Swim 1.8 km · Bike 50 km · Run 12 km
• Team Relay: Three-person team sharing swim, bike, and run legs
• Sprint Triathlon: Short course for beginners and enthusiasts

Each route blends scenic and challenging elements — from the swim across the Andaman Sea and lagoon, to the bike up the picturesque Naithon Hill, and the run through the tropical resort grounds toward a beachside finish line.
