Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Members can earn spending on room accommodation, Food & Beverage, Airport Transfer, In-room Massage, Tour & Excursion.

– Only one member per stay can collect the total spending. Ensure your name and membership number are on the reservation.
– The member must be registered as a guest in at least one room.
– The member must be registered for the entire stay.
– Spending will be credited toward tier status only if the member pays for all rooms and services at checkout.

Redemtion:

Redemption for each service is based on the current price of the items or services at the resort.

Membership Tiers & Earning Status

* Resort spending of 100 THB = 1 Point
* Points are valid for 3 years from the date earned
Pink: Automatically granted upon enrollment.
Silver: Earned point by accumulating a total of 3,000 points on room accommodations, Food & Beverage and other services which booked directly with the hotel.
Gold: Earned point by accumulating a total of 7,000 points on room accommodations, Food & Beverage and other services which booked directly with the hotel.
Black: Earned point by accumulating a total of 10,000 points on room accommodations, Food & Beverage and other services which booked directly with the hotel.

Maintaining Your Tier:

To retain your current tier status (Silver, Gold or Black), you must meet the required spending amount within two years from the date you achieved that tier:
Silver: 150,000 THB
Gold: 250,000 THB
Black: 300,000 THB

Notice: If the required spending is not achieved within the membership validity period, your membership will be downgraded to pink level.

Member benefits apply exclusively to reservations made directly through our hotel website, by email, or by phone or via facebook/TikTok/Instagram with the hotel’s reservations team and/or front desk team.

Notice : Reservations made via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com) or via travel agents are not eligible for member benefits.

Member Card Presentation:

Please present your Membership E-card at check-in and before placing any Food & Beverage orders or pay for services as mentioned above to enjoy applicable discounts.

Yes, our loyalty program is completely free to join

– You will earn 1 point for every 100 THB you spend on eligible purchases at Diamond Resort Phuket.
– Points are not earned on taxes, gratuities, or additional fees, or on discounted purchases unless explicitly stated.

Members can earn points on spending for:

– Room accommodation
– Food & Beverage
– Airport Transfer
– In-room Massage
– Tour & Excursion

The Loyalty Program consists of the following tiers based on 3 years points balance:
Pink: 0–2,999 points
Silver: 3,000–6,999 points
Gold: 7,000–9,999 points
Black: 10,000+ points

The “Pink” tier status is automatically granted upon enrollment.

To achieve “Silver” tier status, a member needs to accumulate a total of 3,000 points on room accommodations, Food & Beverage, and other services booked directly with the hotel.

To retain “Gold” tier status, a member must meet a required spending amount of 250,000 THB within two years from the date they achieved that tier.

– Memberships and points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Memberships and points cannot be shared with others. Refunds for cancellations will follow Diamond Resort Phuket’s general refund policies, but loyalty points associated with refunded purchases will be deducted from the member’s account.
