Phuket Vegetarian Festival is an unforgettable experience to discover authentic spirituality. Every year, the vegetarian festival is held in Phuket on the 9th lunar month of the Chinese calendar. This year, it will be held on 15 – 24 October 2023.
The ceremonies will take place at every Chinese shrine in Phuket. But the main Chinese shrine is the Jui Tui. It is one of the largest and most important shrines. The shrine has beautiful decorations from the front stairs up to the rooftop. It is an authentic introduction to the Thai-Chinese Phuketian spirit. The vegetarian festival is a great event during this time of the year. You will have the opportunity to take epic travel photos during your stay in Phuket.
